-Fast Weight Loss?..Is it true?
Can there really be a way that is unknown to so many? The answer to
this very mysterious question is YES!. In today’s society, Obese is
at its all time high amongst children,teens,adults and onto our
elders “the most wise of us all”. But then, where exactly has
this information been hiding? The trouble with finding good
information that is reliable is it always hides in plain site under a
lot of lies.
Take for example Monsanto “GMO”
crops and foods. Supposedly there are no study’s that determine the
food being served to you on a daily bases is harmful in any way,shape
or form. If that was the case then why is the “GMO” food not
labeled at the grocery stores. In fact, Monsanto goes to great
lengths trying to avoid labeling laws in our country. Despite 'GMO”
foods being banned in other country’s like China who wont even let
“GMO” foods enter their ports, Us “Americans” have to eat it
and deal with bought off politicians. Now these are just questions
that you as a person should be asking yourself and if your not asking
the right questions, you wont get the right answer. Lets get to the
point here.
Obesity is of course because of
food intake and being healthy or being obese is a good or bad side
effect of choosing the right diet. Now the word Diet is always
misconstrued with this notion that you have to stop eating, or eat
less. This belief is false. A Diet is simply the way one person
eats. Weather it be fast food, junk food, a vegetarian or is just
weird and eats nothing but Ramon noodle soups. haha..these are all
forms of diets.
Now some people may say, “well
genetics plays a big part also”. And my reply to them would
be,”No..No it does not”. Scientists have discovered what many
people have known for many years. That we as human beings control our
genes and it is our environment that stimulates growth or causes
defects within us. Basically if you eat crap, you will become crap.
That simple. But this is not the answer to the age old question. Can

THE MYSTERY
REVEALED
-The answer is Yes!! The “Diet”
a person should be on in able to lose weight and be healthy at the
same time is a “WHOLE FOOD DIET”. Now some people may disagree
with me and its not my job to prove them wrong if they disagree. Its
there job to prove me wrong. That's the way this works. I am a
personal trainer and currently I have a short clientele for the
purposes of research and study of the human body on a whole food
diet. My clients include an obese 29 yr old Male veteran (Chris)
still in the U.S Army who has had 2 hip surgery’s on his left side
and 3 hip surgery’s on his right side due to injury’s inflicted
overseas by a roadside bombing. An obese 26 yr. old U.S Army Female
(Alexis) who has 3 children and just recently gave birth to her
fourth child. And a 17 yr old high school male student (Juan)who is
currently gaining weight because he weighed 100lbs and hes 5ft 7in.
These three are only an example of my clientele. The Military service
has many people that are obese and despite having to do mandatory
physical training almost everyday, their still overweight. Why is
this? The answer is...The food they eat on a daily basis and think is
“Healthy” or labeled as “Healthy” really is nothing more then
nutrition deficient foods. Now I understand that this Blog may have
left many of you with a number of questions. This is my first Blog
and I just got tired of all the crap people have to sort through in
able to find some truth about their body's. In my next blog I will go
into detail about the “Whole Food Diet” and keep you updated with
my clients. Also I have done this study with a number of clients
before but in able to keep you up to date in real time, I will be
keeping you informed with the above three clients progress on a week
to week basis. I am also on a whole food diet, I don’t just talk
